The person booking the apartment must be 21 years old or more.

You must make your booking by e-mail or by letter.  We will explain how you can pay; you must pay at least 30% of the cost within 10 working days of your booking. Bookings made less than five weeks before arrival must be paid in full, within 5 working days of your booking being made with us.

The remaining sum, if any, will be payable no later than five weeks before the start date, otherwise we will retain the deposit and seek an alternative customer. If we cannot obtain one, then we will keep your deposit or part of it.  We will always aim to be fair, and will deal with every case individually.

In exceptional circumstances (eg where the regular tariff has not been paid) we reserve the right to make a supplementary charge for services and/or utilities. Wherever possible, this will be specified before bookings are confirmed.

A refundable 100€ or 200 leva deposit will also be payable ON ARRIVAL to cover damage or exceptional expenses .

CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel your booking after paying your deposit, up to 5 weeks before your arrival date, we may offer you alternative dates, though we are not obliged to do so.  If we can agree such dates, you must pay an additional small administration charge. If you do not want any alternative dates, we may refund part of your payment according to the particular circumstances. If you cancel within 5 weeks of your booked arrival date, we are unlikely to be able to refund any of your deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: INSURANCE

The property is insured against fire and various events, including personal injury to our guests (details on request), BUT we cannot insure against consequential losses. Therefore it is most important that you take out travel/holiday insurance which will cover you in the event of your stay being disrupted or rendered impossible. Please be aware of how your holiday might be affected by a major unforseen event, however unlikely this appears to be.

GETTING TO BULGARIA:

• Scheduled flights from UK and other countries direct to Varna including Bulgaria Air.
• Charter flights from UK and other countries from May to October with many Tour Operators.
• Search for deals at skybargains, justtheflight or lastminute (click on LINKS button on this page).
• If you can fly from Luton UK, the cheapest flights are usually from Wizz Air.
• The best choices and flight times are from London airports.
